Located at the intersection of Augusta Street and Vardry Street in downtown Greenville. We are located directly across the street from the Greenville High School and the Greenville Drive baseball stadium.

DIRECTIONS TO GREENVILLE OFFICE FROM ANDERSON OR SPARTANBURG Take I-85 towards Greenville and turn onto Exit 46 off I- 85 for Augusta Road. Take Exit 46-A for Augusta Road and turn left at the red light off I- 85. Drive approximately three (3) miles and go through several red lights heading toward downtown Greenville. Augusta Road will turn into Augusta street. Come to the intersection of church street and Augusta street (Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell will be at this intersection). After you pass the Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell, go through one additional red light. At the second red light, turn left onto Vardry Street. You will see a sign for Greenville High School and the baseball stadium. Cross the railroad tracks and Vardry Executive Center is the first building on the right. We are on the third floor of the four-story glass building.

DIRECTIONS TO GREENVILLE OFFICE FROM LAURENS Take I-385 North heading toward Greenville. I-385 merges into downtown Greenville onto East North Street. Drive through one red light and pass the Bi-Lo Center on the Right. At the second red light turn left onto Church Street and drive through several red lights (more than two miles). Come to the intersection of Church Street and Augusta Street (Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell will be at this intersection). Turn right onto Augusta Street and drive approximately one-half miles. You will pass the YMCA on the left and at the second red light, turn left onto Vardry Street. You will see a sign for Greenville High School and the baseball stadium. Cross the railroad tracks and Vardry Executive Center is the first building on the right. You will see a four-story glass building and we are located on the third floor in Suite 301.

DIRECTIONS TO SPARTANBURG OFFICE 145 North Church Street Suite 106 Spartanburg, South Carolina Richey and Richey is located at the intersection of St. John Street and North Church Street in a four story gray building called the Business Technology Center. From outside Spartanburg take the following directions: Interstate 85 heading toward Spartanburg. Take Exit 69, which is Business Interstate 85. Get off Business Interstate 85 at Exit 5-A (this is the exit for Highway 176 East or Highway 585). Note: Highways 585 and 176 are the same roads, and this road will merge into Pine Street as you get closer to downtown Spartanburg. Take Highway 176 East until you see the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce, which is at the corner of Highway 176 East (also known as Pine Street at this point) and St. John Street. The Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce is easily recognizable by nation’s flags surrounding the building. Turn right onto St. John Street off Pine Street and travel thru five (5) traffic lights including the traffic light at the corner of Pine Street and St. John Street. At this point, you will be at the corner of St. John and North Church Street. Turn left onto North Church Street. The Business Technology Center is the second building on the left at 145 North Church Street.
